You need only a RYA Day Skipper Tidal or ICC certificate to bareboat charter from us. We will offer to take you out for an hours familiarisation on the evening of arrival without charge as we believe this reduces the risk to us and you can then go off and enjoy a stress free evening. We will offer you new dates if the weather looks dreadful so you have no risk from that aspect. Cash damage deposits are returned before you leave following a few basic checks and questions. Arrival and return times are not set in stone, you do not have to dread getting back late. You can walk off the yacht on return and get straight on the road. We take care of the clean up and reprovisioning. In fact we try to make every aspect as simple and stress free for you at the lowest prices you will find. If you need to acquire the Day Skipper certificate before chartering with us, we have a RYA approved school who we believe provides the highest quality training, hence lowest risk to us, and would be happy to put you in touch. The aim is to ensure you have a wonderful time on the water.

These yachts are offered as sleeping 8-10. This is achieved by an extra person sleeping in each of the stern cabins in a cot berth. There are two singles in the main saloon which is sometimes useful. These are racer/cruiser yachts of the Beneteau First 40.7 type.
This yacht sleeps 12 and is coded to carry 14 including skipper. A cot berth over each of the two bow cabin double berths allows 3 people to sleep in each of the forward cabins. And the main saloon can sleep two in singles. Because of the space on board, we class this as superior comfort level. Being a larger 47ft yacht there are twin helms and a bow thruster.
